Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to provide high-quality products with beautiful designs. Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction and deliver your piece to the highest standard.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may reach us via
customercare@atikaalabbas.com quoting your order number within 10 days of placing your order to address any issues with your purchase. We encourage you to carefully review the sizing chart of each design, and refer to our detailed fit, fabrics and care guides in every product description before making a purchase.
Items purchased on atikalabbas.com are eligible for return or exchange provided that they are returned within 14 days of receipt in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Atika Al Abbas. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning and repair. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated criteria.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Custom orders and Sale items are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return.
You may get in touch with us to consult with a member of our team regarding possible alterations in size and length. However, once a custom order has been submitted there is no guarantee that we can accommodate your request.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have since changed your mind about your order, you will have 24 hours to cancel and reverse the transaction by contacting customercare@atikaalabbas.com with your order number.
Please be aware that updates are not guaranteed and will depend on the fulfillment stage of your order.
The refunded amount will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
