Atika Al Abbas offers complimentary local standard shipping to addresses within the UAE.
Ready-to-Wear orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
Custom, Made-to-Order pieces may take up 14 working days to produce.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
We aim to have them dispatched as soon as they are ready. In the event of any delays, we will contact you through your provided contact details. For urgent orders you may reach out to us via email customercare@atikaalabbas.com or WhatsApp (+971561888020) so we can confirm whether the order can be expedited.
Online orders : People who are not ordering online won’t get free shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Atika Al Abbas is proud to offer international clients worldwide shipping via DHL courier services on all orders.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes based on your country. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and tracking information at dispatch.
International delivery times may vary, particularly if shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our control. Please note that shipping times may also be affected during national and bank holidays.

Holiday Shipping deadlines will be announced on our Website and Social Media Platforms.
Orders placed after the cut-off date will be prepared and scheduled after the holidays
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or incorrect items in your order, please report it to us via email (customercare@atikaalabbas.com) within 7 days of receipt. Make sure to include your order number and invoice detailing the incorrect item and/or damage.
Atika Al Abbas will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis and work with you to ensure a timely and satisfactory solution. Following inspection and acceptance of the product, you will receive confirmation via email that a replacement, refund or merchandise credit has been issued.
Please allow up to 10 business days of receiving your order for your return to be processed.
