The majority of our pieces are made-to-order and custom-tailored to fit your size.
We also have select ready-to-wear options, which will be marked on our website.

Orders are accepted through our website or WhatsApp. To order a made-to-order item, select the desired design(s) and and click "Add to Cart." Our customer care team will contact you for your measurements.

In-stock ready-to-wear orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
Made-to-order items are made bespoke to a client's measurements and may take up 14 working days to produce. We will contact you with progress updates throughout production. You will be sent an email informing you once the item has been dispatched for shipment. Please allow additional time for shipping and handling.

Once an order has been submitted there is no guarantee that we can accommodate any changes to your purchase. Please be aware that updates will depend on the fulfillment stage of your order. Charges may apply to approve any changes. For more information visit the Returns & Cancellations page here.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. You also have the option to use Apple Pay. We partner Tabby as a Buy Now, Pay Later option in select countries. Cash on Delivery is not accepted.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. You can track the status of all your orders if you have a customer account with us. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships out. All orders are shipped from the UAE.
